We collect only the information needed to run the TU Fe community and its gatherings:

• Name — the display name you provide when you register or set up your profile.
• Email address — used for account access, community updates, and gathering communications.
• Mobile phone number — collected only when you enter it and check the consent box on your profile page.
• RSVP and gathering participation — which gatherings you respond to, your RSVP status, and your attendance history.

Your information is used to operate the community and to communicate with you about the gatherings you take part in. We do not use your information for advertising, profiling, or any purpose unrelated to the TU Fe community.

Mobile phone numbers are collected only with your consent, given through the consent checkbox on your profile page. You are never required to provide a phone number to use TU Fe.

If you opt in, your mobile number is used solely to send gathering reminders and RSVP confirmations. We do not send marketing or promotional text messages.

Your mobile number and SMS consent are never sold, rented, or shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.

Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of any purchase. You may opt out at any time by using the “Turn off SMS” toggle on your profile page, or by replying STOP to any message. After opting out you will receive no further text messages unless you opt in again.

Reply HELP to any message to receive support information and opt-out instructions.

Your profile, RSVP, and participation data are stored on the Internet Computer blockchain in the TU Fe application canister, keyed to your Internet Identity principal. Access is limited to the TU Fe team and community leaders who need it to operate gatherings. We retain your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the community services.
