Terms of Service

TU Fe is a small, growing community gathered around lasting topics of dialogue, shared ritual, and honest conversation. By using the community, gatherings, and messaging features, you agree to:

• Treat other members with respect and keep discussion civil and constructive.
• Provide accurate profile information and use only contact details that belong to you.
• Not harass, threaten, impersonate, or discriminate against other members.
• Not post unlawful, deceptive, or harmful content, or use the community for spam or unsolicited promotion.
• Not attempt to disrupt, overload, or gain unauthorized access to the service or other members' data.

We may suspend or remove access for members who violate these rules.

Gatherings are organized by TU Fe and community leaders. When you RSVP, you agree to make a good-faith effort to attend or to update your RSVP if your plans change. Gathering details, capacity, and scheduling may change, and we may cancel or reschedule a gathering when necessary.

Program name: TU Fe Gathering Notifications.

Description of messages: when you opt in with the consent checkbox on your profile page, TU Fe sends gathering reminders and RSVP confirmations related to the gatherings you take part in. We do not send marketing or promotional text messages.

Message frequency: message frequency varies based on your gathering activity. Message and data rates may apply.

Opt out: reply STOP to any message to stop receiving text messages, or use the “Turn off SMS” toggle on your profile page. After opting out you will receive no further text messages unless you opt in again.

Help: reply HELP to any message for support information and opt-out instructions.

Carrier liability: mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of any purchase.

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. When we do, we will revise the last-updated date above. Continued use of the community after a change means you accept the updated terms.
